As Health, security, Safety and Environment remains the responsibility of each and every one of us, every employee and sub-contractor must plan and perform their job in accordance with this policy. This policy shall be a high level document, clearly understood by all staff, distributed to all and we shall be guided by it.
The directors and senior management of Kachmann Group are committed to ensure the company objectives are met while providing our clients with the comfort of achieving total satisfaction by continually improving processes, products and services to ensure they consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.
This will be achieved by adopting a progressively improving company quality management system. The quality management system will also serve to strengthen company results, advance ability and satisfaction, provide and open approach to overall improvement.
Kachmann will always take reasonable measures to ensure the quality its workmanship and products used. All employees and sub-contractors have a moral duty not only to work in a safe manner but also to cooperate in efforts made to create the highest standards of workmanship. Any sub-standard equipment or environment should be reported without delay to head office.
All Kachmann Group managers and employees are responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality throughout the operations of the firm and its affiliates. The cooperative team spirit that exists within the organization will be maintained, encouraged and expanded by our commitment to this policy.
This policy is subject to change and updates as government or regulatory legislation evolves and our operations are expanded. All employees are kept updated on quality issues through courses, seminars and in-house training on a regular basis by continually improving processes, products and services to consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.

Corporate social responsibility is an action organizations undertake ethically and sensibly to positively impact the environment where they operate.
At Kachmann Group, we advance the course of being socially responsible by engaging in activities that directly benefit the community where we operate and or do business.
For instance, Kachmann Group has had to demonstrate and consolidate the existing good relationship between the company and the host communities by appreciating and projecting the cultural values which the communities hold in high esteem. One example is our current sponsorship of the annual wrestling festival "Okoro-Nu-Odo" wrestling festival, a highly valued cultural event cherished by several communities we're involved in.
We will continue our donation of educational materials to schools within our host communities and pay homage to their paramount rulers.
At Kachmann Group, our local content policy is our obligation to local communities in our areas of operation. However, our strategy is implemented in a manner that is not at a disadvantage to our client's primary objectives, as far as operational efficiency and technical integrity are concerned.
